Disclaimer: Homes with the low $3000 to $5000 down payments are typically handyman/contractor specials that will need work.

If you don't mind some sweat equity, these are perfect houses for you! Some will need more work than others. These houses sell fast (sometimes within hours or a few days) so keep checking back!

Homes with the higher down payments may need only a little bit of cosmetic work but are typically move-in ready.
